God called Teresa peacefully on January 6th, 2022, at the age of 85. She is now reunited in Heaven with loving husband, Felice. Always remembered by her dear children, Joseph (Nadia) and Romeo (Sonya). Teresa was a proud grandmother to Robert, Adam, Ashley & Andrew and recently a proud great-grandmother to Luciana. Never forgotten by her siblings, Mimma, Lina, and the late Carmine & Antonio. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Teresa will always be remembered for her infectious smile and laughter. Arriving in Canada from Naples, Italy in 1957, she was very resourceful; she learned to speak English fluently, quickly made many friends and worked as a seamstress, telephone solicitor for the handicapped, and as a cashier. Her grandchildren will always remember her for her generosity and kindness, her amazing pizza, brasciole and pasta dishes, but most of all for the love she showed them.
Visitation will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Keele Chapel) at 3725 Keele Street, Toronto, Ontario 416-636-7027 on Monday January 10, 2022, from 11:30am to 1:30pm immediately followed by a service at the Chapel at 1:30pm. Private entombment at 2:30pm at Beechwood Cemetery, Mausoleum of the Angels at 7241 Jane Street.
