Obituary for Patricia Polhill
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving and caring wife and mother Patricia (Trish) Ann Polhill(nee Bone). Peacefully with her children by her side, Patricia passed away at Humber River Hospital, North York, ON shortly after her 73rd birthday.
Patricia was the loving wife of 45 years to Brian Polhill, dedicated mother of Lindsey Polhill (Maddy) and Brandon Polhill. Daughter of Larry and Joan Bone, both predeceased. She will be deeply missed by her sisters Marion Gleeson (Patrick) and Kathryn Thorogood (Randy) and many nieces and nephews and great nieces. Trisha was a kind and compassionate person who was always wanting to lend a helping hand, she would go above and beyond for anyone in need. An avid animal lover, she had countless pets through the years and she took in many strays and nursed them back to health.
Family will receive guests at DeMarco Funeral Home, 3725 Keele Street, Toronto, Ontario on Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Wilfrids Roman Catholic Church, on Monday January 24,2022 at 9:30 am. 1675 Finch Avenue, Toronto, Ontario (Finch Avenue West and Sentinel Road) followed by burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 7300 Highway 27, Woodbridge, Ontario. Covid protocols will be in place at all locations. Donations in memory of Trisha can be made directly to the Toronto Humane Society
