Obituary for Mario Peccia
God has called home to Heaven our beloved Mario Peccia on May 2, 2023 at the age of 93. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Addolorata. Cherished by his dear children, Gina (Vincent) and Luigi (Luisa). Mario was a proud nonno to, John (Anita), Michael, Victoria (Ryan), Mario, Isabella, and a loving bisnonno to Oliver. He will always be remembered by his sister Carmelina. He is now reunited in Heaven with his parents Luigi and Tullia and his other siblings, Antonio, Nicolina, and Dora. Mario will always be present in the hearts of his many nieces, nephews, family, relatives and many friends. In honour of Mario, donations may be made to the Hospital Sick Children Foundation.
Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, On. Tel- 905.850.9500) on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 6-9p.m. A second day of visitation will be on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-9p.m. A funeral Mass for Mario will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023 at St. Bernard de Clairvaux Catholic Church (1789 Lawrence Ave. W., Toronto, On.) for 10:00a.m. Immediately following Mario’s Mass, an entombment service will be taking place at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St., Toronto, ON.)
