Leazel has joined the choirs of angels in heaven on April 26, 2022 at the age of 48. She was born on June 28, 1973 in Zamboanga City, Philippines. She is the daughter of Andres Mira Tulang ( father ) and Floresta Magan Tulang ( mother). She is the youngest of three siblings. Her oldest sister is Maribeth whom Leazel will be reunited in heaven. Her second older sister Lilibeth lives in the United States with her spouse Don Cuevas. She is blessed with two handsome and smart nephews, Brandon Grant & Andrew Josh. Leazel is an accomplished registered nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. She worked at Kensington Health and Chartwell Lansing.
Leazel has touched so many lives simply because of her compassionate heart. She likes to mentor and teach young nurses and advocates for her patients. Leazel is a super caring , kind, loving, and generous person. She will go over and beyond to help someone in need. During her younger years, Leazel loves to paint, cross-stitch, and sew. She likes to sing Karaoke when she can. She is an excellent cook. She loves to travel and frequently visits the United States to visit her family. She has the sweetest smile and the kindest heart that will be always remembered. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
