God called Grace peacefully on the evening of June 25, 2020 at the young age of 63. She was the loving daughter of the late Rocco and Rosa Sanseverino. Grace will be forever missed and cherished by her dear and only daughter Jennifer (Eric). She was a loving grandmother to the sweet Liliana. Grace will be fondly remembered by her siblings Joe (Sarina), Phyllis (Steve) and Michael (Giovanna). She will forever be held in the hearts of all her family, relatives and friends. Visitation will take place at DeMarco Funeral Home (3725 Keele Street, Toronto) on Monday June 29, 2020 from 9:00-10:00am. Entombment to follow at West Minister Cemetery (5830 Bathurst Street, Toronto). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Grace to the Alzheimer’s Society.
