Obituary for Giovanni Colangelo
Giovanni was greeted at the gates of Heaven by his beloved wife Valleverdina on March 22nd, 2023 at the age of 88. He was a loving father to his sons, Pat (Joanne), and Frank (Antonietta). Giovanni was a proud Nonno to Jonathan (Natasha), Christopher (Allie), Nicholas (Julia), and Elizabeth (Daynon) and Bis-Nonno to Valentina, Francesca, Chiara, and Giacomo. He is now reunited in Paradise with his siblings who passed before him. Giovanni will always be held dear in the hearts of his relatives and friends.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to the nurses and staff at Hospice Vaughan who have gone above and beyond with their compassion, care and support.

Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, Ontario. Tel. 905-850-9500) on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 2-5 & 6-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. David’s Parish (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr. W., Maple, Ontario) on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens (33 Memory Gardens Lane, North York, Ontario).
