Obituary for Emmanuel Fontenelle
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmanuel "Manny" Fontenelle.
Emmanuel was born on October 29, 1945 in Castries, Saint Lucia and passed away in Toronto on March 8, 2021 with his beloved sweetheart Catherine and daughter Lisa by his side.
He is survived by his wife Catherine, his children Andy, Lisa, Delphina and Fabian(Emma). Along with seven grandchildren (Malcolm, Joceline, Karen, Cameron, Virtue, Wisdom and Precious), two great grandchildren (Amaya and Mitcheon) and sister-in-law Alcess(Rolland).
Emmanuel will always be remembered by his loved ones and held dear in their hearts. May he rest in eternal peace.
The Fontenelle Family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this very difficult time.
Now that Toronto has moved to a “Grey Zone”, visitations will allow a maximum of 10 people in attendance within the funeral home. Unfortunately, cycling of guests, and in and out privileges are not allowed. Attendance by invitation only.
We would kindly remind all guests who are coming to pay their respects, to always remember to practice physical distancing and to avoid all physical contact.
Please note that it is now mandatory by the Government of Ontario that all family and friends attending any type of funeral service, must be wearing a facial covering.
On the day of the funeral, attendees must be scheduled to a maximum of 9 plus the clergy. We would request that only the most immediate family members join us at the Funeral Home.
