God called Emilio suddenly on November 26, 2020 at the tender age of 53. He will be forever missed by his daughter Amanda. Cherished by his mother Rita. Loving brother to Franca (Claudio) and Robert. He will be held dear in the hearts of his nieces and nephews, Marie, many relatives, and many friends. Emilio is now reunited in Heaven with his father Alberico. Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Visitation Centre (8003 Weston Rd. 905-850-9500) on Thursday December 3, 2020 from 2-4p.m. and 6-9p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday December 4, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., Maple, Ontario). Private Family Entombment to be followed. In memory of Emilio, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Now that York Region has moved to a “Red Zone”, public visitations will allow a maximum of 25-50 people in attendance per visitation room. All attendees must be scheduled by appointment only. Scheduling will be arranged through the immediate family. Unfortunately, cycling of guests, and in and out privileges are not allowed.

We would kindly remind all guests who are coming to pay their respects, to always remember to practice physical distancing and to avoid all physical contact.

Please note that it is now mandatory by the Government of Ontario that all family and friends attending any type of funeral service, must be wearing a facial covering.

On the day of the funeral, attendees must be scheduled. We would request that only the most immediate family members join us at the Funeral Home and that others join us at the church.
