Passed away suddenly on September 18, 2022. Elmer was the beloved husband of Precy. He was a Loving father to Pauline, Carl, Christopher and Louise. He will be sadly missed by his mother Zenaida and his 8 siblings in the Philippines. Elmer is predeceased by his father Leopoldo.
